In Memoriam|

Photo: Mark White | From KCOS Digital Media: Today we lost a great one. Our friend and business partner Mark White passed away in his sleep last night. Thoughts and prayers for Marks son and the Colorado music community are appreciated. We will share details as they are available.

Fabio Carraffa II: I met Mark White 4 years ago, we didn’t even know each other and he hosted me at his house for a week. During that week we got to know each other better and I discovered in him a wonderful, sweet and kind person. He told me about his life and it was like reading a wonderful adventure book. This year we weren’t able to see each other due to our commitments and now I really regret it. Rest in peace my dear friend. I will always carry with me the memory of your kindness, your generosity and your nobility of soul. I send you a big hug wherever you are. Prayers for you

Elizabeth: Dear Mark, you were such an inspiration. Despite your health challenges, you always asserted that “Life was good.” Thank you for your kindness. We partnered on the cigar box guitar project when I was working with at risk youth. You had such a generous heart

Izzy Morrison: Mark, rest easy our friend. Izzy and I were shocked to hear of your passing. We are deeply saddened and will miss your huge presence in the Colorado music scene. You were always a big supporter of our music and did a lot to help put us on the Colorado music “Map”. You helped promote so many here along the Front Range. You are an icon and we are forever thankful for your work, passion, and gentle soul. God speed.

Andrea Flanagan: Found out Mark passed a few days ago. He did so much for the Colorado scene. I enjoyed the conversations I had with him, he had a great outlook on things. In our last correspondence, he spoke of his plans for 2024. Big loss to our music community. RIP
