Photo: Steve Abbott | Greg Abbott writes on Facebook: I am sad and broken hearted that my big brother Steve passed away this morning [1/20/24]. I will always love and miss him
I just wanted to thank everyone for your kindness love and support in the passing of my brother Steve. I love him and miss him. He was a good big brother. I didn’t get to see him a whole lot toward the end of his life but he knew I loved him.
So from my family and myself, thank you all. It really did mean a lot. It really is special to know that we have this kind of support. It’s just very, very special. Thank you again. ~ Greg Abbott
Steve is also survived by his brother Mike Abbott and a sister.
