From Scott Temple on Facebook, 11/23/16: Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I personally have so much to be thankful for this year. First and foremost, the donor family who saved my life . Please know I grieve with you for the loss of your son. Also a huge Thank You to my Transplant Team and Nurses at University of Colorado Hospital who saved my life to enjoy with my family . Words can never be enough for all of you. Thankful for my wife Kimberly and Daughter Paige who are helping me deal with all of this. You guys are stronger then you think. I love you two.
Finally to the 1000s of friends who have sent messages of love and offers to help my family, once again, words cannot express what it’s meant to all of us . I am humbled to tears. From the bottom of my heart I say THANK YOU and have a great Thanksgiving with family and loved ones. Love you all.
