The Denver Concert Band presents Forces of Nature, a thrilling program inspired by the power and beauty of nature. Guest artist Jason Shafer, Principal Clarinet of the Colorado Symphony, joins the band for Weber’s virtuosic Clarinet Concerto No. 2. The concert also features dramatic works including David Maslanka’s Mother Earth, Heed’s In Storm and Sunshine, and Ticheli’s fiery Vesuvius.
