Seeking Local Musicians for Jazz Nights in Five Points – Hi friends! Would love recommendations or names of local jazz musicians from Denver. My company is working with a local venue to put jazz nights together in Five Points on a weekly cadence and I’d love recommendationss from the community! Our budget is about $300 for 3 hour sets. Hoping to get a beverage partner so that may go up.
The main thing I will say is that I want to be very intentional about honoring the jazz legacy in the Five Points neighborhood. If you’re a BIPOC jazz/ funk/ groove musician, please especially reach out!
