The information form to enter is up on our website now, https://www.coloradomusic.org, click on the tab at the upper right-hand side of the page and it will take you to the Songwriting Contest entry info. We look forward to your entries. However, we ask that you send your MP3 directly to our email: info@coloradomusic.org Our admin staff will forward the song onto T-Loop.
If you have joined COMBO within the last year, you’ll get one free song entry with your individual membership, or two if you joined as a band. If you are not sure of when you last joined, send an e-mail to Info@coloradomusic.org and one of our administrators will look it up for you.
Then send your song(s) in an MP3 format to info@coloradomusic.org and one of our board members will upload it for you. Be sure to include your name, phone number, e-mail address, and song title.
Also new this year: If you enter the contest, you can count the date and time of your entry as proof of “copyright!” (This does not mean your song has been “registered for copyright.” You still have to do that).

Annual COMBO Schmoozer at Platte River Bar & Grill on Sunday, June 14th
We’re going to support live music this time around! Come join COMBO Board members at the Platte River Bar & Grill, 5995 South Santa Fe Drive, Littleton 80120, on Sunday, June 14th (yeah, we know – it’s Flag Day – bring a flag; we’ll celebrate!) We have reserved tables & chairs for 20 people but you have to arrive by 11:45 or the club will open them to the public!!! Official time to be there is 11:30. The band starts at 1:00 so you’ll have time to have lunch and then enjoy the band! (We were unable to get the name of the band in time for this notice).
Look for the COMBO banner in our seating area on the Deck, along with our president Barb Dye, VP Dr. Annette Cannon, and other board members Todd Caron, Johnnie Johnson, Tony “T-Loop” Molina, Larry Thompson, and auxiliary members Tracey Chirhart, Jamie Krutz, and Clark Hagan, and member-in-waiting Steve Pavey. (I’d say that dinner & drinks are “Dutch-treat”; however I’ve been informed that is racist but I’ve not been able to dig up another phrase to use! So dinner & drinks are up to you to pay for?)
