Allen Krehbiel – singer / songwriter / musician – Host of the Denver NSAI Meetings
Just a note to remind you that the Longmont/Northern Colorado, Denver, and Colorado Springs Chapters of the Nashville Songwriters Association International will be meeting this coming week.
The Longmont/Northern Colorado Chapter of the NSAI meets on the second Sunday of every month from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Denver Chapter meets the second Monday of each month so you can attend either or both if you want! And the Colorado Springs Chapter meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Free to join and attend. All ages. Just bring your instrument and copies of your lyrics to pass around and join in the fun. Get reviews of your song(s) from unbiased people or just play for the heck of it. And what a great way to meet and make new friends who love writing songs, too. Who knows? You may run into the perfect person to start co-writing that million dollar song with!
Have you written a new song that we haven’t heard or have you rewritten a song that you would like us to hear again? Please bring it in so we can hear your new hit. Bring something to take notes and 6 to 10 copies of your song lyrics to be presented, a CD or an instrument to perform the song.
By the way, you don’t have to have a song to attend these meetings. And you don’t have to be a writer of country-style music! All styles are welcome. This is a chance to get your songs heard and to get some honest feedback from fellow musicians who strive to write really great songs.
Come and join us and meet some other songwriters and musicians in your area.

Details on Longmont/Northern Colorado NSAI Meeting

Where: Police Station Community Room, 225 Kimbark Street, Longmont
Time: 2:00 until 5:00 p.m.
People can email me if they want to get put on our evite list, and receive our evite. It goes out the Wednesday before each Sunday meeting, and again the Friday before as a reminder. I believe ours is always the day before the Denver one on Monday nights. And that gives some people the option of choosing which one works best for their schedule! (Or attend both if you want!)

Colorado Springs Chapter of the NSAI
The Colorado Springs Chapter meets on the third Wednesday of each month. It is hosted by singer/songwriter/musician Rob Jones. He would appreciate an RSVP if you plan to come. Again, bring 6-10 copies of the lyrics of your song, and a recording or an instrument for you to play.
