The beautiful Amy Kress was one of 2015’s COMBO Songwriting Contest winners!
Now comes the real fun! Our judges are busy listening to each song, and reading the lyrics. They are looking only for melody and lyrics that are outstanding and different. Each top song will evoke some strong feeling in the listener. We do have several instrumental entries which are in high demand for background music and commercials.
The top songs will be placed on a compilation CD that will be distributed to the professionals at the Durango Songwriter Expo being held at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield September 29th & 30th and October 1st. The hope is that one of the pros will find a song that they think will work for a movie, a television show, a commercial, or even a sporting event!
