Jerry Roys: Today I watched a Documentary, “Revival 69: The Concert That Rocked the World.” I remember when John Lennon’s, The Plastic Ono Band Live Peace in Toronto album came out. (Known for Yoko’s singing/wailing) I had no idea there was a documentary on that concert until today. I also had no idea, until now, this was the day John Lennon was murdered (12/08/77). Though I remember that night well, watching Monday Night Football and the announcement by Howard Cosell. That was shocking.
The world could really use a lot of John Lennons right now. Someone to spread the word of peace and love. Imagine that.
