As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and the operational backbone of our studio. This hybrid (in-person and virtual) role combines client service, sales, and administrative expertise to ensure smooth daily operations. You will support our mission by delivering exceptional service while embodying our core values: growth, nurturing, fun and positivity, curiosity, community, and integrity.
This is currently a part-time role of 32 hours per week, with most work done Monday-Friday. Exact schedule is negotiable. It will likely grow into a full-time role with compensation adjusted accordingly as our studio continues to grow – as it has done almost every year for the past seventeen years.
