Story by Emma Saletta For Dailymail.Com | Legendary music store Sam Goody announced it will close its final two locations after nearly 75 years in business. The once-popular chain is expected to close its store in the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville for good in February 2025. It is unclear when its outlet in the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford, Oregon will shut its doors.

The two locations have reduced prices on all their products and all store sales are final.
Founded in 1951, Sam Goody was once a thriving record store chain that operated over 1,500 locations worldwide.

It was a force to be reckoned with until music-downloading platforms emerged.
