WANT TO MANAGE THIS GROUP OF 145k MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT PROS?
If you want to be a top level manager for this group, you must send me a direct message and tell me why you would be a great group manager. Please keep your private messages to around 140 characters. I will ignore long messages (as well as posts to the forum), and focus only on the ones that followed directions. Thanks in advance for this. It is no easy task to read 500+ messages.
If you have been a member for awhile, you may have seen messages about bringing on a handful of moderators to help us sort out our massive group. What followed was a deluge of direct messages, posts to forums, and requests to join the moderator group. Thanks for the overwhelming support! Unfortunately, I have been too busy to sort it all out, so I have decided to bring on another top group manager (or 2) to help me select moderators and sub-group managers.
If you need an example for how to keep a pitch short, check out this tweet (also please re-tweet this so we can all get power outlets on airplanes!):
