COMBO Member Jim Seely reached out to us via COMBO messenger. I shared it today with a quote by Jim on why he was doing it. Here’s the quote;
“It started rather organically.. with just me playing. Then I thought about bringing in other musicians who might be hurting financially or just not getting a chance to play because of COVID-19. I also did it because the neighborhood really needed it and enjoyed it. It has really brought the neighborhood together. I want to inspire other musicians with live sound gear to do something similar in their respective neighborhoods. I have invited a dozen or so musicians/bands to play at my garage concerts. I’ve also played there with my band a couple times.”
