Front Range Songwriters (f/k/a Colorado Springs NSAI) has created a website thanks to the very talented Megan Ross! The group meets at 7:00 p.m. at the offices of John Nelson at1626 E. Pikes Peak Ave., CS 80909. This is the corner of Pikes Peak Ave and Meade, one block west of Union and across from Memorial Park. Office phone is 719-632-3384.
Everyone is invited. There are some rules to follow, for instance, if somebody would like to present their musical work at the meetings, they should bring ten copies of lyrics and/or music for review while presenting their work.
We are a monthly get-together of lyricists and songwriters in the Colorado Springs area with the mission of improving their craft and sharing their work.
Meetings typically include a discussion of music industry trends followed by presentation of works in progress. This is a diverse and highly supportive group welcoming of all styles and levels of craft.
