What fun!! A Tuba Christmas Concert will be held THIS Sunday, December 22nd at the DPAC – Denver Performing Arts Complex (Galleria) – 1400 Curtis Street, Denver, CO 80202, starting at 11:30 a.m. and ending around 12:30 p.m.
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. in the Studio Loft of the DPAC, with rehearsal at 9:00 a.m. in the same room. Show for the public will start at 11:30 a.m.
Note: Participant registration fee is $10.00 – button available to the first 200.
The concert will be conducted by Bill Clark, assisted by guest conductor Jeanie Schroeder. Bill Clark, co-ordinator, may be reached at 303-726-4101 if need be (please check out the website to get your questions answered before calling Mr. Clark).
Parking: Theater District Convention Center Light Rail Station is across the street. Street parking & many pay lots available.
If you are in the area, Tuba Christmas will also be presented in Glenwood Springs THIS Saturday, December 21st at 12:00 noon, at the Hotel Colorado, 526 Pine Street. Registration will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Hotel Colorado with rehearsal at 9:30 in the same place. There is lots of city parking available near-by.
Note: Please bring a music stand, chair, and a discharge cloth. Please purchase music in advance, practice, and bring the music to the performance. No Illegal Photocopies. No charge cards accepted. Buttons for first 20 registrants. Participant registration fee is $10.00

Unfortunately, tuba concerts have already been held in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Pueblo, and Walsenburg. So sorry that we didn’t receive notice on them in time to let our readers know about those events.
