We’re still meeting online, so if you have a song, be sure to shoot it my way before the meeting so I can have it cued up and ready to share.
Please respond to this email with all of the following information prior to the meeting:
1. Song Lyrics: Word doc, .pdf, or in the body of the email
2. Mp3 recording of the song: If you can’t record an .mp3, take a video of you singing it, and send to me via email. (We’ll try to avoid “live” presentation over Zoom to eliminate issues with poor quality or network issues.)
3. Consent Form: Replace your below and return the message stating:
“NSAI thanks you for participating in our programs and services. We are one of the few organizations that take time to listen and evaluate your songs. Due to legal considerations, we require you to sign a consent form anytime NSAI hears your song (Whether it be through the song evaluation service, Pitch to Publisher, Song Feedback, One on One Mentoring, or any one of NSAI’s special events or services).
Your submission of a song (whether lyric, instrumental, or music and lyrics) for critique by NSAI constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify, and hold harmless NSAI and its employees, board of directors, officers, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and against any claim, including, without limitation, of copyright infringement or other misappropriate arising from any acts or omission in connection with your submission”

Note that if you don’t have a song to present, you can simply join us on Monday without responding to this email.
