Congratulations|

Jeff Campbell writes: I have some great news to share: I’ve been nominated for a Juanita Gray Community Service Award for my work with Jedidiah Blackstone. What makes this especially meaningful is that this nomination isn’t about artistic excellence. It’s about community contribution. That tells me the work is landing where it matters most.

First there was the Social Impact Award from Bonfils-Stanton and Denver Arts & Venues, then the True West Award from John Moore and The Gazette, and six Broadway World Denver nominations for Jedidiah. I’m deeply grateful for all of this recognition.

Storytelling isn’t just entertainment. It’s infrastructure. It’s a way communities make meaning, hold history, challenge assumptions, and imagine something better together.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring the performance and production to life. All the volunteers and audience members who showed up, Clayton Early Learning and Hope Tank for sharing space, and the sponsors who supported it. This nomination belongs to the community that made the work possible.

As hard as it was to put that show on, as much as I felt burned out after, the recognition has given me a spark of hope to keep going.

THANK YOU ALL!
