COMBO’s Next Convening Monday, February 27th at 7:00 p.m. – How to Put on a House Concert!
COMBO will be presenting a program on “How to Put on a House Concert” (or a backyard concert or a garage concert – whatever you need to call it!) A few years ago we did the same program with speakers (and former board members) Roger & Lori Drienka who have been successfully putting on their own house concerts for years. Their talk was so motivating it inspired the band Slopeside to put on their own versions of “house concerts”. Then COMBO member Steve Son suggested that we get Kathy Edwardson to talk as she runs backyard concerts during the summer months. So Arn & Karen Current and Cody Culver of Slopeside and Kathy Edwardson will be joining the Drienkas to advise you in putting on your own personal concerts.
Now’s the time to start planning as that warm weather is just right around the corner!
