As the longest day of the year approaches, Burndown is planning on celebrating the summer solstice on June 20th with their summer menu and live music. Burndown Denver is located at 61 South Broadway, Denver. BurnDown recently unveiled an exciting new menu that captures the vibrant flavors of the season. From refreshing cocktails to dishes bursting with local ingredients, the culinary team has crafted a menu that embodies the essence of summer. Dive into a pool of flavors with the Adult Swim cocktail boasting Montelobos Mezcal, tangy Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur, Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro and a balancing act of lime agave, cherry and orange. The Spring Salad is light and refreshing choice with the seasonal fruit, citrus whipped mascarpone, spring peas, radish and berry balsamic vinaigrette.
To add to the festivities, the talented band Sugar Nova will be performing live, creating the perfect ambiance for this special evening. Sugar Nova is a dreamy Indie-Electronic Dance collaboration between producer/multi-instrumentalist Luke Miller (from Lotus) and singer/songwriter Rachel Eisenstat (from Raven Jane). The Denver-based duo offers soulful vocals and pop-oriented beats, with arrangements that nod to House, Indie-Dance, Electro-Pop, Dance/Electronica, and Chillwave.
