This 3rd annual event attracts blues enthusiasts from around the state with an outstanding line-up of musicians and bands. Bring chairs or blankets to make yourself comfortable in the park setting and enjoy fare from vendors featuring locally sourced food and craft beers.

This family-friendly blues festival is the annual and prime fundraiser for the American Legion Westcliffe Post 170, a local volunteer organization that provides physical and financial support to the area’s veterans and veteran widows.

Incredible Bluesman John Long will be returning to the 3rd Annual Blues Festival. John Long (born 1950), is an American country blues singer, finger-style guitarist, harmonica player and songwriter. He performs in a pre-war acoustic blues style, although his material is contemporary and mainly composed by Long and his elder brother. His mentor and inspiration was Homesick James. In the mid-1970s, Muddy Waters stated that Long was “the best young country blues artist playing today.
