By Brooke Williams, KDVR-TV Denver | A cozy cafe, cocktail bar, restaurant and performing arts venue all in one is opening soon in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. Ballyhoo Table and Stage will be a place where people can go to sip on some coffee and get breakfast, work on projects, connect with others, grab a drink and get serenaded by a bartender, and stay for dinner and a show.
The new venue will have a large theatre in the back as well as a small stage toward the front cafe for singing bartenders. According to a press release, Ballyhoo will host various live entertainment like known Broadway plays and musicals, comedy, live music, cabaret, improv, drag and more.
The venue … will open on Nov. 1 with a grand opening celebration from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and friendly for all ages in the community.
