Nice to see that Chain Reaction Records was able to raise the money they felt they needed to rebuild their store in a near-by location after a drunk driver ran into their building, basically demolishing the front of the store and damaging some of the display racks, cases, and merchandise. Thanks to all who donated! Now go out when they re-open and support them by buying a record or two! They have a ton of vinyls which are so much more fun to own than CDs and MP3s. [Chain Reaction has halted the GoFundMe but buying some of their stuff would continue to help them out – and would enrich your collection!]

Too bad you missed Kenny’s talk to COMBO!!! Kenny covered a little of his history during his talk and talked about today’s music business. This was a comment from a Facebook post: ~ Thank you @ajdwriter88 from @guitarworldmagazine for a great feature. “Tommy Bolin said, ‘Joe Walsh quit the James Gang. He wants to start a new band, and I told him [Kenny] you’re the guy’”: Kenny Passarelli has played with rock royalty, but it’s his recordings with Bolin that would “blow you away” – if he could let you hear them.
