Update on Elijah McClain trial: The finger pointing begins. The two police officers on trial currently say the third police officer said that Elijah tried to grab his gun. The EMTs said that they only did what the police officers told them. Where was their common sense?

Prayers are asked for the band students, their families, their band director and their chaperone, in a rollover crash of their bus in New York. Right now, a faulty front tire, which is alleged to have blown, is being blamed for the accident.

Fun Fact: “Soft Kitty” is such a big part of The Big Bang Theory, but CBS and Warner Brothers were actually sued over it. The suit was ultimately dropped. Two women, Ellen Newlin Chase and Margaret Chase Perry, claimed that their mother Ellen — a nursery school teacher — had written the lyrics as a poem in the 1930s and they were used without permission.
