Another one of those depressing Music Polls: Including those you’ve already been to, how many live concerts will you attend this year? 4 to 9 – 3%; None – 77%; 1 to 3 – 19%; 10 or more – 2%. That’s means that only 23% of the people (assumably over the age of 18) may possibly attend a concert this year. One in four. In the words of a certain congress person: Come on, folks. We can do better! Ask your friends to go with you. Get a group together. Pass the message along. Support your fellow musicians by simply letting others know about their shows.
