Oh, this is too ironic! I was feeling remorse for posting about the lack of R-E-S-P-E-C-T in our society today and then an article about a MUSIC teacher quitting due to the lack of respect shown to him and other teachers not only by the students but by their parents as well was posted. Music – the one thing that brings societies together – children, adults, people in general. If the parents won’t teach their children respect for other people and their belongings, then we are lost. (This is, IMO, a job of parents – not of anyone else). (I’m thinking of the parents who bought their mass-shooting son a gun but wouldn’t let the school officials search his back pack when told he had a gun).

Oh, no! Now they are censoring plays and musicals! (See article on “Some School Districts are Canceling Student Musicals. Here’s Why”). Next thing you know, they’ll be banning Grease, Glee, Oklahoma, West Side Story, and more because “teen-age sex” is a plot to subvert our children. The woke culture has just figured that out. Never mind that lots of those “let’s ban everything” people LOVE these forever-in-our-culture musicals.
