To quote Sheryl Crow: “… all I wanna do is have some fun. I got a feeling I’m not the only one…” – and that’s exactly what the patrons of Club Q were doing on Saturday night… dancing, singing along to DJ Tara’s mixes, and having a couple of drinks. Some were there to celebrate birthdays and other special events. Many were just friends & family. And then someone has to come along and ruin the fun for all – and to take away the livelihoods of the owners and employees. And the lives of 5 people – maybe even more who end up with permanent disabilities. While the fundraisers have raised a lot of money, that will have to be split among a lot of victims and their families. $10,000 may sound like a lot but even co-pays on hospital bills will run that in the snap of fingers. I can’t even imagine what it will run for gun shot patients. Donate what you can. Everyone’s $10 adds up to something that will get our brothers & sisters at least the emotional counseling they are going to need. Nightmares are a bitch to deal with… (P.S. Yes, there will be insurance monies but it may take three years or longer for anyone to see any of that money). || https://www.coloradogives.org/donate/COHealingFund?

And speaking of fund-raisers, Colorado Gives Day is coming up on Tuesday, December 6th. Please give a little to your favorite charitable group including COMBO. Or, better yet, join COMBO as a member ($30 for the year) and get the benefits we offer as well!

Board Member T-Loop makes up a new Spotify playlist each month. With it, he honors Colorado Musicians. Go to the Colorado Music website for some great “Chill Out” instrumentals! https://www.coloradomusic.org Or find them here at:
