Photo: COMBO member Hugh Phillips! Show on NYE | Hoping you all had a very happy Christmas and that your Hanukkah celebrations are going well. There are so many different religions celebrating holidays during this time of the year but all have the same thing in common: MUSIC! Celebrate and sing loud with vigor, dedication, and love! And then go off into the new year with a renewed sense of vitality and hope. Let your songwriting senses go wild! And since today (December 26th) is Boxing Day, it’s okay to continue the celebrations, too!

Received an hysterical Jib-Jab Christmas card from Laurie Dameron and her cat! They were dancing and playing to “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” in the most old-fashioned way! Thanks, Laurie!
.
We also received a card from Steve Son and his son Trevor! Thanks for the remembrance, Steve!

Update from Israel: Julie Geller writes: I’ve had a weekend filled with tons of singing and musical prayer. Hope that our hostages will be released soon is once again alive here in Israel and it feels to me as if everyone’s energy is focused in that direction. Friday night we had a beautiful women’s prayer service imbued with this intention. That was followed by many opportunities to sing and pray together over the weekend. (Julie is formerly from Denver and still runs the Setting the Stage music group).
