To quote someone: I’m baaaaaacck!!! Nice three-week trip to visit family and friends in the Southeast over Thanksgiving! Tipped a couple of street performers and bought a CD from bluegrass band Swamptooth in Savannah, GA while touring Savannah’s River Walk. Band’s pretty good. We’ve honored James Bishop, Bishop’s Castle, under the “Other Notable Musicians Deaths” category. Take a moment to read the post. Mr. Bishop made his life extraordinary and helped musicians.

John DeWitt: Earlier this year I started a foundation to benefit the musicians of Greeley / Evans District 6. I named it the Crescendo Foundation and it’s a 501c3! So far we’ve donated $3k to the District in addition to a used drum set! Pretty cool! Tuesday was Colorado Gives Day. If you need to get that last minute tax deduction on the books or want to donate any used music equipment, DM me and I’ll make sure it gets to the right place!
