Adrienne writes: Two years ago, I had a space in Broomfield to sub-let. I posted it on Facebook. It just happened that Kristen Paige was looking for a space to rent for her music studio, and the room was perfect for her. We met up, immediately getting mutual good vibes.
Since then, Kristen has gone from being “a music teacher who rents space in our unit” to a certified vocal coach at Performance High, and our new Studio Administrator, and a good friend. And on top of that, she decided to combine her studio with Performance High!
We’re thrilled to bring Kristen’s Song Studio LLC students into the Performance High fold and offer them not only the same performance opportunities and classes our members get, but soon additional offerings designed for younger students and instrumentalists.
This all started with a Facebook post about a space for rent. Who knew?
August 28 Showcase at the Oriental Theater
Another record smashed! At this showcase we will have three student bands and 40 – yes, FORTY – songs backed by our professional backing band. That’s the absolute upper limit we can handle, and it’s only possible because of the top-notch preparation and dedication of our showcase band who puts in many, many hours of practice even before our marathon rehearsals begin.
The show will start at 3pm and go til about 10pm on Sunday August 28!
