The Laurie D Jazz Duo is delighted to perform as part of Beaver Creek Resort Company’s 2026 Colorado Musicians Showcase during the 38th Annual Beaver Creek Art Festival. Joined by acclaimed bassist Jeff Fournier, Laurie will present a lively 90-minute concert featuring original music from her three albums and four singles, along with a selection of jazz, folk, blues, rock, and popular cover songs. The performance offers something for every age with family-friendly music that appeals to audiences from children to seniors.
The Beaver Creek Art Festival runs for three days beginning Friday, July 31. The Laurie D Jazz Duo will perform on Saturday, August 1, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

About Jeff Fournier
Jeff Fournier is a highly respected and versatile bassist whose career spans numerous musical genres and decades of performance experience. He has toured internationally and performed aboard major cruise lines with renowned artists including Petula Clark, Vic Damone, Al Martino, Miami Sound Machine, and Charo.
In Colorado, Jeff has shared the stage with many of the region’s most celebrated musicians and bands, including Funkiphino, Hazel Miller, Nelson Rangell, members of String Cheese Incident and Leftover Salmon, as well as internationally recognized artists Mos Def and Melanie. He currently performs with Denver favorite dance band, Thumpin’, and remains one of Colorado’s most sought-after bassists.
