TONIGHT, Monday, May 18th at 7:00 p.m., our guest speaker will be none other than Baggs Patrick! Steve Son, our scheduled speaker, has taken ill and is feeling ‘under the weather’ so Baggs agreed to fill in for him. Baggs, along with Marty Jones, runs a Songwriters Round at the Roxy on Broadway on the second and third Tuesdays of the month at the Roxy’s downstairs Speakeasy Lounge. It has been a very successful event with special guests “headlining” the local artists who play a number or two. For those of you who have been around for awhile, Baggs also ran an open mic for years at Cricket on the Hill so he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the business of music!
