Who Qualifies?
Individual musicians who are at least 18 years old, with annual gross income from performing activities not exceeding $300,000.
Performing groups and bands that have at least one member or representative who is at least 18 years old, may include up to 30 members, and have annual gross income not exceeding $500,000.
