Sorry to hear that Davy Allard decided to check out of earth and has moved onto his cloud in Heaven. Davy was a fixture on the music scene not only in Longmont but in the Denver area as well. I remember meeting Davy and his band when they auditioned for the People’s Fair many years ago. He was so passionate about music that his attitude was “just catching.” Rest in Paradise, Davy. Keep an eye out on all of us down here, please.

Quote of the Week: Cellist Yoyo Ma on Stephen Colbert, 1/13/26: Music is energy!
.
Johnnie Johnson of Innervision reminds us of MLK Day – Monday, January 19: As we head into Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor Dr. King’s legacy and his call to judge people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. His message continues to challenge artists, media voices, and communities to speak truth, pursue justice, and uplift one another.
