Songwriter's Corner|

By Caroline Gaspich, Angelica Cheyenne, The Daily Express | Country music sensation Zach Bryan has finally spoken out after releasing a teaser of a song that criticizes the Trump Administration’s ICE operations, sparking outrage among some MAGA supporters – ICE agents recently caught flak for throwing protesters to the ground.

The 29-year-old artist recently shared a preview of his new track Bad News, which takes aim at the ICE raids happening across the country. The song’s explicit criticism has drawn intense backlash from Zach’s conservative fan base, leading the country singer to respond. Despite being no stranger to controversy, having recently been involved in a brawl at a country festival, Zach decided to confront the issue directly. He reassured his fans that he remains a proud Veteran and loves his country.

On Tuesday, Zach posted a screenshot of a message titled “On the ‘new’ song” on his Instagram Story, urging his followers to “pls f—-n read this.” The Department of Homeland Security has already slammed the country singer over his lyrics about scared children.

Before launching his music career, Zach served as an active-duty member of the United States Navy for eight years, signing up at just 17-years-old.
