Dr. Rapp writes: Big step alert ! I’m officially taking the first step towards my dream of becoming a music therapist! I quit my job and took a leap of faith to go back to school full-time, while also accepting a position as a music teacher at a charter school.
Funny thing is… this isn’t my first time being accepted into this program (round 2, let’s go!). Back in 2022, I couldn’t balance school and work, but everything’s shifted now, and it feels like the perfect time to dive in.
This journey is about so much more than just leveling up my musical skills. I’m passionate about being an advocate for music in healthcare, and I’m excited to see where this path leads.
I’ll be sharing my journey along the way, so stay tuned! I’m trusting the vision God gave me and planting the seeds now because 2025 is going to be EPIC.
