It’s time to get your registration in for this year’s Blues Challenge! The winners will represent Colorado Blues Society at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis 2025. Bands, Solo/Duo acts and Youth bands needed. There will be one round or preliminaries at Nissi’s on Oct. 6th and the Finals will be Oct. 27nd at the Buffalo Rose. Send off party Nov 17th at Buffalo Rose.
Please go to the CBS website, Colorado Blues Society – Blues Challenge – The Road To Memphis (coblues.org) to download your entry form. Return the completed application, stage plot and BIO with application fee, ($25 for all entries payable to CBS). Applications must be received by September 24th, 2024.
Also, if you would like to be entered in the “Best Self Produced CD” Challenge, please bring 7 CDs to Nissi’s and give them to our president, Mark Schleiger. The winner of our local challenge will be entered in The Blues Foundation CD Challenge. Deadline Oct. 6th.
