Casey, who fronts the R&B group with his twin brother, Brian Casey, posted on social media this week that he’s recovering in the trauma center at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta after sustaining extensive injuries on Thursday.
“After bein in iCU for five days,” he wrote, “I kno the legendary Grady Trauma Center is everything it’s said to Be the Best in the country yall saved my life and I’m forever grateful.. I’m so Thankful to all u ladies who took care of me who have nursed me fed me encouraged me Thank you from the bottom of my heart the most sincere Thanku I can conjure up.”
Casey, 48, also detailed his condition and shared a photo of the damage.
