Colorado is home to many talented musicians and organizations involved in the business of music who are looking to expand the scope of their impact. The COMBO MUSIC EXPO has been created as a forum to bring together these artists, businesses, and music-related corporations in order to exchange ideas and information.

On April 18, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., spaces and tables will be provided for  music-related businesses to display their products and services. Various panel discussions led by industry insiders will cover topics of interest to the emerging musician and those involved in the business of music. Live COMBO-member bands will play throughout the day outside the venue on a stage setup provided by CarToys. Compilation CDs with songs by local unsigned musicians and bands, provided by Carmen Allgood, producer and host of the Colorado Wave, will be played on the sound system inside the venue. Businesses will have the opportunity to have their name advertised between the songs and bands.

EXPOSURE, EXPOSURE, EXPOSURE!

Exposure in new markets is the key to success and in this slow economy it is important to businesses to find new customers and this Expo will help! COMBO will do extensive marketing throughout the region by posters, fliers, print ads, and all means of internet communication available to it. Not only does your participation in the Expo provide you the opportunity to demonstrate your product or service but you will receive a free listing with your contact information in the directory that will be distributed to all attendees.

BOOTH/SPACE INFORMATION

Tables will be set up in the Main Event Room at Red & Jerry’s. Available electric power will depend on the location. Each display will be open on all four sides except for those placed along the walls. Vendors are required to provide their own table coverings in order to keep the cost low. Spaces will be sized 10' x 10', with a few larger spaces available. Vendors may purchase up to 4 spaces if they want to present a larger display.

Table assignments and spaces will be at the discretion of COMBO on a “first come, first served” basis. No application is considered official unless accompanied by full payment. Demonstrations and distribution of information or promotions must be done within the confines of your exhibit area.
